Measuring Public Transport Customer Satisfaction

Staff using iPads and tablets will approach selected people and ask them to fill out this online survey.

For customer satisfaction survey results to be comparable across different operators, modes and regions, the questions, sampling methods and rating scales must be the same. This means the survey won’t be self-selecting and won’t be directly open to the public.
