Mapped information
The Council has access to a wide range of background information and data which the Māpua Structure Plan 2023 project team will use to understand opportunities and constraints on future development. Some of this information can be displayed as map layers and will assist to identify areas that are more or less suitable for development. Each of these map layers forms an input to this data analysis and all will be used to inform the Māpua Structure Plan 2023.
