From late March we'll be asking for community input on Plan Change 85 Natural Hazards Issues and Options (24 March) and Draft Change 1 to the Tasman Regional Policy Statement and Draft Change 81 to the Tasman Resource Management Plan regarding urban growth (27 March).
Throughout April we are hosting a series of drop-in sessions to discuss these plan changes.
These sessions offer the community a chance to engage directly with council planning, infrastructure, and technical staff to learn more about these important natural hazard and growth planning initiatives.
The sessions are district-wide, so you can ask questions about any location within the Tasman District.
At each session, there'll be a short introduction to the plan changes, or you can also come at any time during the session for questions and discussion.
